If you have problems with your flat, you can report them 24 hours a day. Fault reports are read on normal working days 08:00-16:00 and are subsequently dealt with.
The procedure for reporting faults has now been changed. Register on 'Mina sidor' (My pages) to report a fault. (Click 'Gör en felanmälan' (Report a fault) to both register and log in to Mina sidor). 'Mina sidor' offers various services for both tenants and prospective tenants.
You access registration when you click 'Report a fault'.
