e-invoice and direct debit

You can now pay your rent via e-invoices. In your online banking service, you request e-invoices from Älmhultsbostäder AB. If you register no later than on the 10th of the month, you will receive the next rent notice as an e-invoice. You can also receive the invoice via your online banking service if you pay by direct debit. The service is designed for private individuals who have tenancy agreements with Älmhultsbostäder AB.

Älmhultsbostäder AB is able to send e-invoices to tenants who have accounts with the following banks:

  • SEB
  • Handelsbanken
  • Danske Bank
  • Swedbank
  • Nordea
  • SkandiaBanken
  • Sparbanken Öresund
  • ICA-banken
  • Länsförsäkringar Bank
  • Sparbanken Syd
  • DNB Bank

NB Remember that the money will be taken from your account on the day before the due date

Direct debit

If you want to have the money taken from your account on the due date, we can offer direct debit. You can collect a direct debit form from our office or we can send you one. You then complete it and return it to us. If you return it before the 10th of the month, we can take payment for the next invoice by direct debit.

You can also do this via the link in order to report autogiro permission.

A third approach is to do it directly through your internet bank.
